FAQ's & Refund Policy
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! however we set our standard shipping rates to UK & Europe only, if you're overseas get in contact with us at email@example.com and we can give you a shipping quote.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We send out orders on a daily basis (Mon - Fri) and within 24 hours of ordering unless at a weekend, we use use a courier which generally take 2-3 days for delivery this is to be able to pass our courier saving onto you our customers.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently our warehouse isn't open to the public so we are an online store only, based just outside Southend on Sea, Essex.
There is an issue with an order, or I need a refund what do I do?
If you have an issue with your order of any kind we are here to help!

If you have received a damaged or broken product, please take a photo and email it to us explaining the issue within 48 hours of delivery, we can then either send you a replacement item or issue you a refund.
If you realise your item is unwanted or faulty please get in touch within 14 days so we can arrange it being returned to us, and then refunded or exchanged for you, we regret that any issues more than 14 days after purchase we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
